What colours are available?

Request red, black, white, blue, navy, green, grey, neutral or a special colour. Availability, shade and finish vary by product, location and date. Send a colour reference if an exact match matters.

Can you install and remove the carpet?

Delivery, fitting, installation, removal and pickup can be included in your project quote. Confirm access, fixing restrictions, the existing floor and venue timing so the complete scope can be assessed.

Can carpet be installed temporarily?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to a compatible product, supporting surface and fixing method. Temporary does not mean every adhesive or carpet is suitable for every floor. Venue approval and surface information help establish the right approach.

How long can I rent carpet?

Projects may run for one day, one week, one month or longer. Traffic, maintenance and the chosen material influence suitability. Include your start and end dates; an extension needs confirmation.

Can you cover an entire venue?

Send the floor plan for an assessment. For 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000+ sq. ft., the plan, material availability, access and schedule determine the proposed installation scope.

Do you provide trade show carpet?

Request flooring for booths, aisles, exhibition zones and conference areas. Include the exhibitor plan, venue manual and move-in and move-out schedule with your enquiry.

Can you carpet a temporary office?

Temporary office and commercial carpet is a core part of our service. Tell us about chair castors, furniture, occupancy, duration and the existing surface so we can assess a suitable product.

Can carpet be installed outdoors?

Some projects are suitable, depending on material, drainage, support surface, anchoring and weather. Carpet does not create a level structural floor. Send photos and a weather contingency for review.

Do you provide runners and custom sizes?

Runners, cutting and fitting can be requested for straight paths, irregular spaces and bespoke layouts. Provide width, length and a dimensioned drawing for turns or cut-outs.

Can I send a floor plan?

Yes. Attach PDF, JPG or PNG files to your quote request. Each file can be up to 5 MB, with four attachments and 10 MB combined maximum. Include a scale or written dimensions; photos alone do not establish reliable measurements.

How far in advance should I book?

Enquire once you know your location, approximate area and dates. Large installations, special colours and tight venue windows benefit from more planning time. Availability is confirmed individually; submitting an enquiry does not reserve inventory.
