Send photos showing slope, drainage and the surface beneath the proposed carpet. A firm, stable base may be required; soft ground can need a separate flooring system. Discuss rain, wind and overnight exposure. Suitability is assessed for each project rather than assumed for every carpet.

From delivery to removal
Share the venue’s access times, floor-fixing rules and existing surface. We assess delivery, cutting and fitting, seaming where required, suitable edge finishing and removal as one coordinated scope. Floor preparation and any protection requirements are agreed before installation.
